Imagine yourself in a 2300 sq ft townhouse 1.3 miles from Beaver Creek/Arrowhead lifts and 10 miles from Vail. The building sits on the banks of the Eagle River, home to some of the best fly fishing in the country. Walk out the back door to your private balcony where you can enjoy the views & sounds of the river with the backdrop of the Rocky Mountains. Outside your front door, across the parking lot, you enter Riverwalk shopping village. Enjoy a variety of restaurants and bars, gourmet supermarket, beverage store, movie theater, Starbucks, ski & bike rental shop and a plethora of local boutiques.
A mere 200 yards in the other direction cross the footbridge to a paved 100 mile bike path. As you enter the bike path you'll see a huge park with a playground, complete with toddler & youth play areas, water fountain area for kids, sand volleyball, as well as baseball & soccer fields.
Step inside your front door. On the first floor you have a family room with a queen sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen with granite counters and hardwood floors throughout. The living room has a fireplace and a HD flat screen television incorporated into a multi audio system.
Walk upstairs into the tremendous master suite with more spectacular views of the river & mountains. The master has a jetted tub with a separate shower. The second bedroom has twin bunks along with twin foldaway, while the 3rd bedroom has a queen bed. All bedrooms have TV & DVD.
Other amenities include washer/dryer, Play-station 2 with numerous games, wireless high speed internet, gas grill,ping pong table, large selection of DVD's, books and board games. Rental includes use of a 2 car heated garage. If you prefer, simply step across the street to use the Eagle County transit system, which connects to Beaver Creek or Vail.
